A good plan is the beginning of something great. I provide professional landscape plans for residential and smaller commercial properties. Each plan is catered to the needs of the client and the scope of the project. Projects range from simple black and white plans for city permitting purposes, to intricate fully designed landscapes with 3D computerized renderings.

To determine the scope of the project, Each design begins with a thorough on-site walk through and consultation.  Sometimes this is all the client needs to jumpstart their landscape goals.

• Consultation visit only: $85.00*  plus tax

​

If a landscape plan is desired by the client, a proposal/design contract is drafted and provided after the initial consultation. 

​

• Design prices typically range between $350-$2500.00

 

*Initial consultation fee is waived for signed design contracts.
